What Happens Next
All backflow certification or preventer installation work must begin with a complimentary site visit to evaluate the condition and location of your backflow device and water meter. Only after this initial visit will we be able to make you a proposal. The business or property owner or other responsible party must be present during this phase to authorize us enter their property and to access and operate their water meter and main shut-off valves. If you cannot be present, then request us to send you an authorization form. Please bring all notices and documentation you received from your utilities department to ensure that we address all compliance issues. Once this phase has been completed, we will then present you with a firm proposal, which includes:
   • Certifying, testing or installing your backflow preventer device, as requested
   • Pulling the necessary plumbing permits as required by your jurisdiction
   • Conforming and filing all test results and inspection reports with your water department
   • Faxing or emailing you copies of your completed backflow test reports
